At Smartcartshops, customer safety and regulatory compliance are our highest priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of medical and healthcare products, and in accordance with U.S. federal and state regulations, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription medications
  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Smartcartshops within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will review your request and may request additional information, including photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is verified, Smartcartshops may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Provide an appropriate resolution

All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure safety and compliance.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation is no longer possible.
